Rotimi Salami, a Nollywood actor, has commented on the paternity scam trend by saying he could accept a child whose DNA indicates he is not the biological father.
According to reports, the movie star stated in a BBC Yoruba interview that he would still accept and raise the child if he had already developed a bond with him and considered him to be his own.
“If DNA says a child is not mine and I already see the child as mine, I will accept the child,” he declared.
Salami did, however, add that he is unsure of how he would respond to his wife in such a circumstance.
In the meantime, Rotimi has discussed the passing of his friend and coworker, Allwell Ademola, stating that her demise was due to the time allotted for her life.
Salami remarked while discussing the nature of cardiac arrest and the circumstances surrounding the actress’s unexpected death on the Oyinmomo TV show.
The actor clarified during the interview that anyone can experience cardiac arrest, even those who make an effort to stay healthy.
He added that such medical emergencies can happen unexpectedly and stated that, in his opinion, the late actress passed away when her life was supposed to end.
Salami also discussed Ademola’s health before her passing.
He clarified that although many people were aware that the actress had asthma, she was cautious about how she managed her condition.
