Nigerian music star and Grammy Award winner, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has revealed that she is no longer interested in the dating scene, saying she has moved on from relationships that waste her time.

The singer made the disclosure during a TikTok livestream on Monday while interacting with her fans.

Speaking about her views on relationships, Tems said she no longer wants to deal with men who fail to value her time.

“I don’t like it when guys waste my time. But for me, never again. I don’t have that problem anymore. I have left the streets; I wouldn’t even say I was ever on the streets,” she said.

Her comment, particularly the phrase “I have left the streets,” quickly attracted attention on social media, with many fans interpreting it as a sign that the Grammy-winning singer is no longer interested in casual dating.

Tems has largely kept her private life away from the public despite her rise to global fame. She is known for focusing on her music career, which has earned her international recognition and multiple awards.

The latest revelation has sparked fresh conversations online, with fans reacting to her candid remarks about relationships and personal boundaries.
