Nollywood actor Stan Nze has shared his thoughts on the qualities he seeks in Nigeria’s next leader, stating that his primary concern is finding a candidate who can improve the country while putting citizens first.

According to reports, the actor stated in an Instagram post that his support is not based on tribe, region, or personal connection, but rather on a leader’s ability to bring progress and create a better future for Nigeria.

Nze explained that he is not interested in seeing a specific person emerge as president but rather in someone who genuinely cares about the country and can propel Nigeria forward through good governance.

He stated that leadership decisions affect all Nigerians, regardless of ethnicity or location, because the nation’s challenges and successes are shared by all.

The actor went on to say that, based on what he’s seen so far in the current political race, he believes Peter Obi is still the best candidate for effective leadership.

He stated, “I only want to see a better Nigeria.” It does not need to be Peter Obi. I’m not looking for someone from my tribe but for a candidate who cares about Nigerians and can move the country forward rather than backward. So far, I haven’t seen a better candidate than Peter Obi in this election. The truth is that governance affects everyone, not just one tribe or region.
